Believe it or not, we turn away a lot of business.  We're contacted on a regular basis by people who ask for products and services of us which are not based in reality.  They often base their expectations upon the promises and claims of dishonest and deceptive companies that they have found online. 

People regularly ask us for things like; entities with credit attached, 'tradelines', entities with a Paydex score already attached, CPN's and a variety of other common scams.  We are not interested in working with people who are looking for deceptive or under-handed business practices.

Important  8/8/10:  Our Seasoned Corporations and Seasoned Entities were created by our team.  They have never been revoked, reinstated or dissolved.  Additionally, they are free of any owed taxes, liens, lawsuits or judgments.  Because our team has created all of the entities we sell, we know absolutely everything there is to know about them.  This is a very important distinction between us and "the other guys". 

Seasoned Entities
We exclusively offer Montana, Wyoming and New Mexico entities.

The entities that we sell have been created for the sole purpose of selling to our clients.  They have never been used.  They have never had an EIN, bank account or credit associated with them.  They have never been used to transact business. 

When using a seasoned entity be sure that you're being honest with those you're doing business with.  If they want to know how old the company is, tell them.  On the other hand, it is also important for them to know that you've only been associated with the entity for X amount of time.  If that time is 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months we feel it is important that they are made aware.

Be cautious of companies that guarantee certain dollar amounts of funding.  Be cautious of those who sell entities with credit attached  to them.  Many companies offer so-called "business tradelines" to speed up the credit building process.  Avoid these things at all costs.
